Practice Profile

Louis joined the Chambers in 2025 upon successful completion of his pupillage with Mr. Selwyn Yu SC, Mr. Herbert Leung, Mr. Tim Wong, Mr. Kenneth Lee, and Ms.Lisa d'Almada Remedios.

Louis focuses on a mixed practice with civil and criminal law. He has appeared in his own right in all levels of court up to the Court of First Instance.

Louis worked in multinational technology companies before joining the Bar. He was responsible for technology consulting, IT auditing and advisory. He has extensive knowledge of technology and cybersecurity. Louis was a mental health counselor as well. He has experience conducting psychological assessments and psychotherapy.

Louis speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin and is capable of providing written submissions and conducting hearings in both English and Chinese.
