Practice Profile

Rachel served her pupillage under Mr. Albert K.C. Yau, Ms. Lisa D’ Almada Remedios, Mr. Francis M.B. Cheng and Ms. Catherine K.K. Wong. 

Rachel’s primary area of practice is in criminal law. She has worked on a wide range of cases including but not limited to traffic offences, departmental summons, immigration offences,  violent crime, sexual offences, dangerous drugs, offences in respect of trade description, securities and regulatory matters, money laundering, and white collar crimes.

Further to her criminal practice, Rachel also maintains a general civil practice with experience in contracts, commercial disputes, matrimonial matters, and bankruptcy.

Rachel accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.
